School Shooters
School shootings have unfortunately become a common occurrence in todays society. Students of all ages are affected, from those in elementary school to those at the college level. Suppose that a school shooting had occurred in your community and that the shooter was still at-large. Identify and list important criteria that could be used to create a criminal profile. Then, locate a minimum of two (2) articles that discuss real-life school shooting suspects. Test and analyze your criteria. What other factors could you add to your profile? Discuss your results. Your paper should be no more than two (2) pages and should include an APA citation for the article analyzed.
Based on your review of the InTASC standards, address the following in a document statement:

Why do people join terrorist groups? Are these people different from the rest of us in some important, identifiable way? If so, can we identify the roots of these differences and explain them using a psychological theory? Your investigation of this topic is not meant to be expansive or all- inclusive. Finding and investigating a part of the puzzle can still be a valuable contribution to our understanding. You should choose one or more individual cases and present your investigation of the psychological forces that motivated these specific persons to join a terrorist group and/or commit terrorist acts. Alternatively, you may wish to focus on a particular terrorist group and the members attracted to it. Please take seriously the need to scale this topic to a narrow investigation trying to explain all of the sources of the problem will overwhelm your resources and make the resulting paper much too shallow as it tries to explain everything. There is no explanation for all terrorism. Choose

Choose between social factors for altruism, or conformity
Do you think there are times where you are more likely to conform more than other times? What do you think is the key determent in your likelihood to conform?
How can living in a dorm as a freshmen with all new acquaintances feed into conformity?
How can feeling like I'm well connected to friends and/or family who value me reduce my need to conform?
How can good self esteem (I respect myself, I perceive that I'm good at dealing with life's challenges) reduce my need to conform?

1. Students must also accumulate 4 hours via educational webinars (topics may vary) and log those hours on the traditional field log. No signature is required. The PATTAN website is an excellent resource for webinar access (https://www.pattan.net/).
I'ver attached a log that needs to be filled out after watching educational webinars. The log must include the name and description of the task observed in the webinars as well as well as explain the PDE competencies (I included a list of those as well) observed in the webinars. I also included an example of a completed log although, that is a log from in person field experience and not webinars so will vary slightly (i.e. signatures).

The final product should be formatted using APA guidelines for writing a research paper, that is you must have all the following parts: cover page, abstract page, body of paper (introduction, literature review, discussion/limitations and conclusion sections; 5 page minimum for body of paper; and a reference sheet). You will introduce the topic and explain the reason for the inquiry in the introduction. A clear thesis/research question should be posted in the introduction paragraph. The body (literature review section) of your paper will be where you compile the information on the topic while providing any criticism (limitations section) in how the questions have been answered, whilst identifying any gaps in the research. Finally, conclude (conclusion section) your paper by including a quick summary and suggesting future inquiries for the topic. A separate reference sheet citing all sources used in your pape
compile and present in the tabular format a list of 15 culturally competent strategies for English language learners (ELLs) that you could use in your early childhood education teaching or leadership role. At least five of your strategies should be appropriate for infants/toddlers, five strategies should be appropriate for preschool, and five strategies should be appropriate for early elementary age.
Your chart should include the following four headings and provide content for each strategy of similar focus and depth, including support from one credible source for the Print-Rich Environment example
