Remember, to be “current”, the event must have been reported upon by a reputable and authoritative news source within the week prior to your analysis due date indicated on the Current Events Calendar posted below and in Modules.
Briefly analyze how this event is related to one or more class topics by considering what this event is an example of or illustrates about the American political system, and explain its importance in understanding the American political system. Be substantive in your analysis.
Evaluate the event by stating and explaining your opinion about the event itself or how it was reported.
Fully cite your sources, including title, author, publisher, date of publication, and the URL. Please note that a link to a URL is NOT sufficient.
On the top as a heading, indicate the title of your headline.
