In other words, lets assume your Interviewee has worked at Target for 7 years and has risen from stocker to cashier to the manager. This is a great interview choice! In other words, what are the stories, policies, villains, etc. that are unique to that particular store OR Target as an international company and NOT to the 5 employees that your Interviewee is friends with.
