Technology for Collaboration
Collaboration for work and school has become much easier since technology has made communication possible between people who may not live anywhere near each other. Workers no longer travel to meetings in the next town or state, or on another continent. Instead, they connect using technology that allows sharing of documents and ideas in real time. Similarly, students still work on team assignments, but many of them do so in their homes using communications technology.

For this Discussion, you will describe a recent occasion when you collaborated on a project for work or school. What was the goal of the collaborative project? How many collaborators were there? How was technology involved in the planning, development, and delivery stages of the project?
