What is the affect of yoga on IBS among adult Qatari women aged between 20 to 30 years old?

IBS is the most frequently diagnosed digestive disorder. Is has been found to be a “dysregulation of central nervous system-enteric function”. It is very common among woman. Stress worse the symptoms of IBS which is (Lower abdominal pain, Constipation, Diarrhea, Alternating constipation and diarrhea, Bloating, Chest discomfort, Excessive gas). Many evidences have been shown that stress can cause a contract in the muscles of the bowel wall. Some studies have revealed that IBS patients who attend hospital had a major nervousness and depression. Nowadays, people’s daily lives are stressful and distant from being stress-free. Certainly! One of the best ways to relax is yoga. It is known that yoga successful at reduce stress. Therefore, the main goal of this research is to determine the effectiveness of integral yoga in treating IBS among Qatari women between the age of 20 and 30.
