    Omeprazole 20 mg orally once a daily for 4 weeks

    Iansoprazole 30 mg orally bid for 10 to 14 days

    Rabeprazole – 20 mg once daily, provider will provide information

      Esomeprazole 20 ng to 40 mg taken once per day, for 4 to 8 weeks

      Pantoprazole 40 mg taken once daily, with or without food for 8 weeks
