Purpose and Requirements
1.Identify a clinical problem that can be improved through a quality improvement initiative (for example using clinical decision support to improve outcomes in diabetes mellitus). 
2.Apply the processes we have learned in this course to design a quality improvement project including measurement and outcome criteria.
3.Conduct a literature review of studies that have been undertaken relevant to the clinical problem you have identified.
4.Design a QI approach explain it from a Donabedian+ perspective (Structure, Process, Outcome, Patient Experience)
5.What measures are you applying?  What measure did you consider and why did you exclude them?
6.How does your project lend itself to performance improvement models such as Lean of Six-Sigma?  Would you choose to use one of those to implement the improvement initiative?
7.What performance tools are included in your design? Why did you select them?
8.What would be the measures would you use to test the success of the initiative?
9.What are the possible range of recommendations that can come out of the initiative?
10. How might new HIT technologies and solutions (such as those discussed in Module 7)be used to change the project in the future (for example machine learning or remote monitoring devices)
