1. For the selected company, and using an outline of the principal requirements of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, prepare an analysis of the company's compliance and reporting activities. This analysis should be based on a careful review of the Form 10K report, proxy statement, and other information and analysis. What is your assessment of the strengths and weaknesses of the company's reporting and compliance activities.
Please see the attached file. This is the example of the answer to this question. You don't need to fill in entire table. This table contains the items what to look for. Try to make some conclusions about Form 10K report, proxy statement, and other information and to find some interesting facts about the company's compliance and reporting activities.

Program I
Due Monday, 29 June 2020, 11:59 PM
Time remaining: 3 days 9 hours
Please choose one of the two programs below.
The program should do the following:
1. football.py: Ask the user to enter two team names. Then, ask the user to enter in the number of touchdowns (6 points), the number of extra points (1 point), and the number of field goals (3 points) (you can ask for safeties if you wish) for each team. Print out the final score of the game. For example, if the user enters Panthers and Warriors with the Panthers having 3 touchdowns, 3 extra points, and 2 field goals, and the Warriors score 2 touchdowns, 1 extra point, and 1 field goal, the program should print:
Panthers 27 - Warriors 16
2. restaurant.py: Ask the user for his/her name. Ask the user for the number of hamburgers ($3.50), cheeseburgers ($4.50), fries ($1.50), and drinks ($1.25) he/she would like. Print out the itemized receipt and the total. For example, if the user's name is Suz

The test contains multiple choice, true false questions, and 5 word problems that require me to have the work written out and to submit a picture of said work with a time limit of 1 and a half hours. I would like to simply send you the problems through a messenger and answer them on my side. Price negotiable.
Assignment is already completed mostly-- only the revision comments need to be addressed. The attached zip file, which needs to be unzipped, contains many files. Only the GuessingGame.java needs to be worked on. The attached txt file has the latest version of the assignment, which you'll need to use to replace all the old code in GuessingGame.java to work on. I will attach images of all the instructions involved, but please know that most of the assignment has been done, only the revisions scattered throughout the code will be need to be worked on. Please email me for further questions/complications.
Already completed project with revision comments scattered throughout the code by professor. All that needs to be done is the revisions the way he wants them to be done. I have attached all instructions relevant to the assignment, but the majority of the work is completed. Only thing to do is the changes he asks for within the code.
The Ass4p2 zip file contains all relevant things, which needs to be unzipped. The GuessingGame.java is the only thing that needs to be worked on. The second txt file I attached is the latest version of the code, which you'll need to copy paste into the GuessingGame.java to replace the old version. You do not need to touch the JavaDoc comments that have our names, but please summarize the way the methods interact to fulfill the project instructions in a short 6-10 line paragraph within the JavaDoc. I have already started it, but my teacher says it is insufficient.
PS: The main method is at the bottom and is separated by another JavaDoc header wit

Short Assignments 2:
Complete the following:
Create a base class for a banking account. Decide what characteristics are common for checking and saving accounts and include these characteristics in the base class. Define subclasses for checking and savings. In your design, do not allow the banking base account to be instantiated only the checking and saving subclasses. Include a presentation class to test your design.
- Based on inheritance, polymorphism and abstract classes
- Save your project as LabTest2_XX_999 where XX stands for the initials of your first and last name and 999 stands for the last 3 digits of your student number.
- Put some impotent comments/notes.
- Solution code must be submitted on time otherwise it will not be marked.
Important Note:
# Do not copy from anyone, anywhere or any website.

I will provide when you need "ex_starts/ch09_ex2" file:
1. Start the Chrome browser and run the application in the ex_starts/ch09_ex2 directory. This should display a page that allows you to enter three numbers and provides starting values for the three numbers.
2. Click on the Submit button. Note that this displays a message that includes the values of the three numbers but doesnt include the values for the rest of the message.
Write the code that processes the data entered by the user
3. Open the index.php file for this application and review the code. Note that it doesnt process the data. Instead, it just displays the data on the form.
4. Open the number_tester.php file for this application and review the code. Note that the PHP code that displays the $message variable uses the nl2br() function to convert new line characters to <br> tags.
5. Add the c
"You are provided a selection of norms for English and German across a range of variables. The
norms rely on human judgements and/or semi-automatic extensions regarding degrees of concreteness, valence, arousal, imageability and further perception modalities. In addition, you are provided corpus-based frequency lists as well as distributional co-occurrence scores.
The goal of your project is to first analyse a subset of the norm data and then to explore whether
judgements are related across modalities and to corpus-based frequency and semantic diversity.
Task: Write a report about your findings (Your report should be 5 - 8 pages long (excluding the bibliography))"
(Unfortunately, the corpus frequency and distributional information files are too large to be uploaded here. I hope there's another way to provide the files in case this assignment is being done by someone. It is a beginners R course, so only basic plots and statistics should be in the report, you can s
