Students are to write a paper on a topic of his /her choosing as long as it relates to American Government and the concepts encompassed in this course. Term paper should be at least five pages and no longer than ten, APA format. Topics and arguments must be presented in a thorough, clear and concise manner. Resources are expected to be used and thus CITATIONS AND REFERNCE PAGE ARE MANDATORY. No exceptions.  Paper must have at least three (yes three) sources and at least one must be a book.
Papers must be typed 12point font, Times New Roman, double spaced, single margins.
A title page and reference page are required and do not count towards the minimum number of pages.
Students may only utilize information derived from reputable resources and are limited to using websites.  The following types of resources are acceptable:

Essay Question #10: Elections are ultimately about the choices that citizens make in a democracy. Describe the three factors that influence voters decisions.  In your answer, be sure to provide examples from recent elections of the role that each of these three factors played in determining how people voted.

Select a disagreement or a conflict between two or more international actors and analyze it using the following criteria:
1. Discuss each actors position on the issue in some detail.
2. Why has the actor adopted this position? What interests does the position serve?
3. On what is the disagreement between the two actors based? What is the incompatibility of interests?
4. Why is ones actor position perceived as harmful by the other actor?
5. What is each actors perception of the other? In other words, when discussed by the political leaders or the mass media of the actor in question, how is the adversary described?

Your assignment is to begin the process of designing your own political psychology experiment. Your assignment should include:

    (2) A clear, specific research question (or questions)

    (3) A clear description of the treatments you wish to employ (at least two), along with a clear description of the tasks subjects will be asked to perform (and in what order)

This is the second part of the paper, the first part i was addressing Civil rights and its history and i will go ahead and attach that paper, and in this paper we are working on how to solve that problem and what should we do about it (civil rights)
Make an argument about what the federal governments policy should be about Civil Rights. What are the options we have, and which one is the best option and why?
