Analysis on Food Security
Overview
The members of the United Nations found great value in the analysis you provided on the effects of global warming that result from population growth. They are now asking you write an additional analysis to include further issues related to population growth. Here is the issue they have asked you to consider:
The member states of the United Nations seek to build food systems that can provide global food security which will feed everyone, everywhere, every day by improving food quality though the promotion of effective and nutritional agricultural practices. The crucial issue is not the lack of food in the world but the access to that food. In many developing countries, food shortages are due to governmental control over food distribution. These governments maintain control of the population and their power by limiting access to nutritious food to certain groups. In this practice, they thereby "weaponize" food.

The goal of a review essay is to take stock of the assigned readings, by discussing and critiquing various arguments/sides about a phenomenon/issue area. Review essays should be about 4-6 double-spaced pages with paragraph structure, in-text citations, and a bibliography, not to mention correct grammar and spelling. Review essays (but not the grades or my comments) may be shared with the class and should be seen as a useful tool for preparing for more specialized MSIR courses and your comprehensive exams or capstone. The essays should try to bring together the literature by finding common ideas as well as discussing the differences. This means I expect you to cite multiple readings from the course in each essay and to analyze rather than summarize. You are also highly encouraged to make connections between different weeks readings.
It is best to organize a review essay thematically, integrating your discussion of the readings rather than discussing each separately.

This week we also explored colonization. How did the experience of conquest and colonization differed for men and women. Briefly summarize the gender differences experienced by different populations. Why did these differences occur?
In addition, we explore theoretical approaches regarding prejudice. Explain which approach explains prejudice best (personality-centered approaches, culture-based approaches, or power-culture theories). How might understanding these theories help guide policy
Background
This topic concerns cultural identity which affects every aspect of our beings. It is said that the melting pot theory holds that immigrants who live in this country will quickly give up motherland ways in favor of an American value system. However, migrants need for familiarity steadily erodes this to the point that their old culture becomes more important than adopting a new way to live.
When ethnic enclaves are established, is inter-ethnic communication enhanced? Do rumors and stereotypes increase? Are these perceptions perpetuated by the media? Is it possible for Americans to be more harmonized with each other? How so?
Consider also discussing how people celebrate different cultures by having all types of friends, eating all types of foods, and listening to all types of music.
With all that said, write an essay that answers how this question:

At least five different credible sources of information are required for this speech. Because you will be attempting to persuade your audience, this means that your sources should be the most strongly credible possible. Weak sources will a weak case make, so be sure to choose only the most expert sources of information to strengthen your points. This means that general reference sources will not be accepted (e.g., Wikipedia, about.com, ehow.com, howstuffworks.com. dictionaries or encyclopedias in print or online, and so on), nor will secondary sources, including those that come in the form of general websites for quotes or for statistics (e.g., brainyquote.com. statistics.com), nor will YouTube sources typically, or anything else that is listed in your bibliography without a specific author/title of website.

It is supposed to be watching a musical and write a reaction paper about it, but usually reading the summary plot will be fine. Below is the possible prompts. Do not have to follow these prompts, any reaction will be fine. For the sources, cite three of them will be fine, the grader does not really check if the content comes from the sources, but do three in text citation.
