Identify an ethical issue in the workplace. You may describe one from the news or at your current or former job.  You do not have to state the organizations name (use Company ABC or XYZ if you wish). In a 200-300 word essay, answer each of the following questions.

• Describe the ethical issue. What happened? 
• Why do you believe these events occurred?
• How did the issue affect employees and the company?
• Identify three repercussions associated with this issue. What could be done to prevent similar issues from reoccurring? 
• Name three tools managers use to encourage ethical behavior in the future.

Make sure you also:

• Double space and use complete sentences.

 Think of a relevant topic for your current or future career for which you have been asked to create an informative social media post with an appropriate graphic (this can be visual from the internetjust makes sure it is appropriate and cited correctly).

• State the social media platform the post is for and the topic:
  • Explain why you chose the social media platform that you did.
  • Explain why this specific audience was selected.
• Create the text of the social media post.
• Provide a link to the visual you located to go with your post (This may be one of the visuals that you located in the Discussion Preparation).
  • Explain why you think the visual you provided enhances the written communication of your social media post.
