Project description
Class Members will submit written case study report along with accompanying PPT as below. First three case studies are an Individual Assignment, each student will submit their own report. The fourth case study may be a team project if the instructor elects. Instructor will assign teams.

A Discussion Forum is provided for each case where Students can raise questions, post comments on each case.

Written Case Study Reports should cover the following:

(1)Mission Statement for the Company – Does it Fit?
(2)SWOT analysis what are companies strengths/weaknesses.
(3)CORE Competencies of the Company
(4)Company Basic Objectives
(5)Company Basic Business Strategy Cost Leadership, Differentiation, Focus?
(6)Current Strategic Management Issues the Company has
(7)Actions which should be taken to address these Issues
(8)Lessons student has Learned from this Case Study. Most important point reason why we do Case Studies.

In writing the Case Study use APA format. In particular, give each section to be discussed a heading so that what you are discussing is clear, include Title Page, Reference Page. .

Identify all quotations or references used in proper APA format.

A Discussion Forum on each case is provided where students can raise questions on the case or state positions on issues.

Page Setup of report 1 inch margins all around, 12 point type, double space, number every page.
Include name on every page, Include Section and Paragraph Headings. Post reports by end of the Unit in which they are assigned.
