What have you learned from them, and what steps have you taken and/or do you need to take to avoid these in the future?  2) Examine your strengths: academic, social and personal.  Consider how to use these strengths to get where you want to go.  3) Finally, where you want to go from here? Do you have a mentor?  What are the many steps, large and small, you would need to take, and what is your plan to achieve them? How will you sustain your drive on your way to success? Who will help you? Is there a person who could get in the way in this momentum?  How will you deal with any adversities that come up?
