The Portfolio should contain five distinct items (outlined below) PLUS discussion of approximately 2,000 words in total for items 2-5. Grading of the portfolio is dependent upon the items and the depth of this discussion.

Submission Date: 30th June 2014 (electronic submission only)
Detail: Studentswill hand in a complete portfolio. Missing elements will result in the portfolio receiving a fail mark.
Please note that your final portfolio should satisfy the Learning Outcomes for this module. Upon completion of this module the student should be able to:
1. Review their skills development to-date and be able to reflect upon the relevance of this to the career development process;
2. Develop and reflect upon ‘employability’ skills that may be new to them, such as CV writing, interview skills, meeting management;
3. Identify appropriate placements or jobs.
Before submitting your portfolio ask yourself if you have satisfied these three outcomes; if you have completed an artefact for each of the FIVE areas AND if you have completed a short reflective piece/discussion for items 2-5

PORTFOLIO ITEM 1: Poster relating to Self-Efficacy beliefs (due 4th November through the module web). For completeness please include in your final portfolio.
Full briefing will be provided in the first seminar and through online documentation. This item is marked on a pass/fail basis only. No extra text or discussion is necessary.

PORTFOLIO ITEM 2: Self-efficacy Personal Development Plan
Full briefing will be given in the second seminar and uploaded to moodle 2. This item will be marked as part of your portfolio. This item allows you to reflect upon your own self-efficacy beliefs and how these may be developed.
