For this speech, you will use the problem-cause-solution format. In this type of persuasive speech, your first main point explains the problem associated with your topic, the second main point explains the cause, and the final main point proposes the solution.

Citation:
You should include an APA format reference page with your outline. During the speech, you should orally cite at least five sources. You should include at least three different types of sources and use at least three different types of support materials.
