Instructor Instructions:

Each student will do a Term Project/Case Study. Students will research a case study relating to aviation law. A written paper which will outline of the case will be submitted

Ensure you cite your references and include a description of the case, allegations of the plaintiff and a summary of the legal action and results. How does it relate to the course objectives? Many sources are available on line or in law journals. FAA enforcement actions, appeal hearings, civil and international lawsuits and criminal actions follow almost every aircraft accident.

Grading Rubric: 150 points for Content and Clarity and 50 points for proper Spelling, Grammar, Punctuation, and Citations

STANDARDS FOR WRITTEN WORK

All papers will be prepared using Microsoft Word (spell and grammar checked) in APA format. Online submissions must be a Microsoft Word or PDF document unless specified otherwise by the Instructor.
