This week, reflect on the community needs, barriers to improving health outcomes, and community resources you have identified over the past few weeks. Then, as a group, decide on an implementation strategy and/or intervention method to use for your community program project. Each group member must submit a 1- to 2-page summary of this week’s group collaboration by Day 7 of this week.
