Each student will take Socially Responsible Leadership Scale and review the results (a paper based version is provided in class). Based on the results, each student will set short and long term goals that are informed by the survey and that relate to leadership values, lessons, and topics learned in class.

Once the SRLS has been taken, each student will post a reflective essay via tumblr describing their reaction to the survey, the results, the applicability of the results, and goals that have been established based on the survey. A fuller prompt will be available in D2L. The essay is due by March 18 at 3:00 p.m.

After the essay is completed, students will meet the instructor in a one on one setting to talk about the SRLS. This will occur throughout course time during March class sessions.
